Worship and Remedies According to the Zodiac Signs

All of humanity is divided into twelve zodiac signs. These twelve signs fall under four great cosmic elements:

• • Earth element: Taurus (Vrishabha), Capricorn (Makara), Virgo (Kanya)
• • Water element: Pisces (Meena), Scorpio (Vrishchika), Cancer (Karka)
• • Fire element: Aries (Mesha), Leo (Simha), Sagittarius (Dhanu)
• • Air element: Gemini (Mithun), Libra (Tula), Aquarius (Kumbha)

Now, for each of these elemental groups, we will understand what type of spiritual practice and remedies are beneficial:

• • Taurus–Virgo–Capricorn
• • Pisces–Scorpio–Cancer
• • Aries–Leo–Sagittarius
• • Gemini–Libra–Aquarius

### Earth Element Signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) In Satyayuga, the Earth element was dominant. Its essential quality (nija-guna) is Truth (Satya).

People born in Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn should:

• • Perform spiritual practices facing East.
• • Begin all important activities from the East direction.
• • Study and spiritual exercises should begin facing East.
• • All efforts for progress should be aligned with the East.

The Earth element’s core value—the realization of Truth—is easiest to attain from the Eastern direction. Because of their cosmic connection, these signs receive the strongest and most beneficial energy from the East during worship.

### Most Auspicious Time These signs benefit most during the first half of the lunar month, the Shukla Paksha. The waning fortnight (Krishna Paksha) is less favourable.

Worship should continue daily for all twelve months, without interruption.

The day has four *prahar*:

1. Sunrise → Midday
2. Midday → Sunset
3. Sunset → Midnight
4. Midnight → Sunrise

Cosmic motion constantly influences all five elements and human life.

For Earth–element signs, the best time for worship is:

### 10:30 PM to 2:00 AM (third and fourth prahar)

Worship performed in this time brings strong results. New plans and important work should also be started during this time.

Your birth Nakshatra mantra should be recited daily during this period.

### Breath (Nadi) and Its Importance Humans have two nostrils:

• • Left nostril → Chandra Nadi (moon channel)
• • Right nostril → Surya Nadi (sun channel)

Breath automatically shifts between these two.

For Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn, Chandra Nadi is favourable.

While Chandra Nadi is active:

• • Worship
• • Study
• • Planning
• • All important work

should be performed.

If Chandra Nadi is not active, gently close the right nostril and activate the left before beginning work.

### Sensory Tendencies & Discipline These signs are strongly attached to food, taste and the tongue. To reduce karmic burdens and suffering across lifetimes, this attachment must be controlled.

These individuals should practice regular charity in the form of food-giving (annadāna).

### Daily Divine Worship All three signs should worship the Divine Mother using the mantra:

“ॐ ऐं र्‍हिं क्लिं चामुंडायै विच्चे” Repeat 108 times daily.

A pilgrimage to Jagannath Puri at least once in life is highly beneficial. Pilgrimage brings mental stability, peace and enthusiasm.

Sant Dnyaneshwar (Dnyaneshwar), a great spiritual master, embodied the Earth element. His teachings continue to uplift people across ages. Regular reading of the Dnyaneshwari is recommended.

Earth represents all life-sustaining resources. People of these signs excel naturally in:

• • Agriculture and food production
• • Land development
• • Increasing national wealth
• • Leadership and influence

Their core nature is Truth. Dishonesty or false dealings cause direct harm and loss to them.

To expand their spiritual outlook, they should practice:

• • Mantra meditation
• • Ritual worship
• • Scriptural reading
• • Yajnas
• • Charity

These individuals are Rajasik in nature and tend toward Vata (air) body constitution; Vata-increasing foods should be avoided.

These three signs belong to the Vaishya varna.

### Taurus (Vrishabha) Ruler: Venus (Shukra) Sacred Tree: Peepal

The Peepal tree is home to many divine energies — gods, ancestors and cosmic beings. Its vibration aligns with the Earth element’s truth-quality.

Taurus natives may worship under a Peepal tree at any time, but ideally:

• Time: 3 AM – 6 AM
• Direction: Facing North
