Chaitanya Shri Machhindranath is recognized as the first Guru in the Navnath tradition, while Yogabhyanand Vyankatnath Maharaj is the 15th Nath in this unbroken Guru lineage. Following their guidance, their successor P. P. Shri Narendranath Maharaj established the Shri Nath Shakti Peeth in Akola under the Om Education Society.
The Om Education Society was registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 on 8th December 1988, with registration number F/1991. The society’s financial activities comply with Section 80G. Under the blessings and guidance of P. P. Shri Narendranath Maharaj, Shri Nath Shakti Peeth has successfully conducted numerous Suryapanchayat Yagnas.
The mission of the Peeth includes spreading Vedic and Nath-panthi knowledge across India, enhancing human confidence and efficiency, promoting mental peace, and supporting individual as well as family well-being. Following the Karma Siddhanta principles of Yogeshwar Krishna in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Shri Nath Shakti Peeth has guided thousands on spiritual and practical paths.
